Liz and Eddie still get our vote!

The winners of the Council Worker of the Year Awards 2009 were announced on 2nd July at a Gala Awards Dinner in Harrogate. Unfortunately our two finalists, Eddie Campbell and Liz Parkes didn’t quite get enough votes to win the Community Engagement Award and the Working with Young People Award.

We are extremely proud of what they have achieved. Being selected as a finalist in these prestigious awards is an honour in itself and recognises the outstanding contribution they have made to the Council and their local communities.
